Baked Chicken Yum

1 Cut up chicken fryer ( I use boneless skinless chicken instead)
1 chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Place chicken in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish
layer onion,soup, and  cheese over chicken.
Baked covered 45 min. and uncovered an additional 20 min. till lightly browned.
I personally like to add about half a can of milk to mine
 and use the gravy it makes over mashed potatoes.

Really had a hard time doing these, because I couldn't find the soccer banks. But finished them just in time for the playoffs. My customer's team, "The Astros U-9", came in second place! Good job guys!
